Polytech Industries has over 35 years of experience in producing injected molded
custom parts. They produce parts according to your specifications in either
Polystyrene or Polycarbonate using LPM technology. LPM, or low pressure molding,
is done with a foaming agent to create a structural part with thicker walls
and no sink marks like you get with standard injection molding. It is much stronger,
more durable, and can be glass filled for incredible strength! UV inhibitors
can be added for outdoor applications.
Polytech can do multi-cavity or family molds, and their Engineering Department
does a flow analysis on all tools to assure you get the perfect part every time!
Part sizes can range from small to 2' x 6' — even larger if needed! Most
parts are painted to your finished specification and can also be silk-screened,
pad printed, hot stamped, and even EMI shielded!
Polytech uses a 1500-ton multi-station press. Polytech also uses CAD/CAM systems
and CNC machine centers for aluminum molds up to 80" x 30". Their
in-house tooling capabilities include CAD/CAM, Solid Modeling, Mold Flow Analysis,
and CNC machining centers. Their Engineering Department is equipped with the
latest CAD/CAM equipment and can accept IGES, DXF, and Nativ CAD files, including
Pro E, Solid Works and more!
